Experience the Exhilarating New 2019 BMW 7 Series Sedan in Kansas City

The BMW 7 Series is the brand's flagship sedan--which means it holds the responsibility of being the most technologically advanced, the most potent performer, the most luxurious daily driver, and the most attentive touring car, all at once and without ever slipping off of its pedestal. In classic BMW fashion, though, it's able to check all of these boxes with ease. While we expect to see a model redesign coming sometime soon, there aren't any drastic changes for this year--it's hard to improve on perfection, of course. For 2019, trim levels include the BMW 740i sDrive, 740i xDrive, 740e xDrive iPerformance, 750i, 750i xDrive, and the M760i.

Inside the BMW 7 Series, Every Day is a Spa Day

Imagine being pampered beyond your wildest dreams, your every need catered to and addressed, and your schedule managed and minded. That's what the new 2019 BMW 7 Series offers, with features and options like multi-stage heated, cooled, and ventilated seats that set a new bar for customized seating comfort. A 16-speaker Bowers & Wilkins Diamond surround sound system delivers your favorite music in studio quality. Even the rear-seat passengers are cared for--with a Rear Seat Entertainment Professional system that gives your guests control over some essential functions and even media.

You can even completely personalize your entire interior experience, with Ambient Lighting and BMW's stunning Panoramic Sky Lounge--both of which put the power of colorful design into your hands. At night, the Sky Lounge sunroof lights up with thousands of tiny etchings in the glass that make for a shimmering tapestry above.

Classic Luxury Looks

The Hofmeister kink at the rear window. The dual kidney grille located strongly at the face of this athletic sedan. Deep character lines. Windswept curves and aerodynamic shapes. Every inch of the new 2019 BMW 7 Series is pure classic design, and pure luxury. It's not hard to know exactly what you're looking at when you see it--but you might not know just how deep the intelligence of design actually goes.

Newer BMW 7 Series models feature a new BMW Active Kidney Grille, which subtly incorporates aerodynamic technology features into the iconic front grilles. It can close the shutters to boost efficiency when you're driving at lower speeds, and open them wide when the engine is hard at work to provide additional cooling.

Four Levels of Powerful Performance

Across the lineup of 2019 BMW 7 Series sedan, xDrive all-wheel drive is available--on some models, it's standard. A 320-horsepower 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine comes standard on the entry-level BMW 740i, and is great for frequent commuters, as is the 322-horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder hybrid-electric powertrain on the BMW 740e iPerformance. If you need more, consider the 445-horsepower turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 engine on the BMW 750i--or, the 601-horsepower 6.6-liter turbocharged V12 found on the jaw-dropping BMW M760i.

Upgrade to the Tech You Want

The new 2019 BMW 7 Series offers an updated iDrive System--loaded with navigation, media, and integration for your smartphone--that can be commanded by state-of-the-art Gesture Control (hand movement recognition), by a 10.2-inch touchscreen display, or by controls mounted right at the steering wheel. Your rear passengers can also have their input, thanks to a beautiful and convenient a removable 7.0-inch touchscreen tablet located in between the seats in the second row.

Safety and security features like the Driver Assistance Plus package and the Active Driving Assist package make this one of the most helpful, and safest, 7 Series sedans ever. The available BMW Active Protection System can take things even further, by tightening seat belts and closing windows and the sunroof when the system detects an oncoming accident.
